The judges of Mon-Repos considered that the appointment of a person as a substitute judge within the Court in which he or she has a main activity as a clerk, constitutes a violation of art. 30 al. 1 Cst. and art. 6 ch. 1 ECHR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
