The book will cover all areas of criminal law with a practical and strategic approach. It includes the rules of conduct for the defence of the accused, procedural aspects (jurisdiction, challenge, default, cumulation of proceedings, international mutual assistance, appeals to the Federal Court or the ECHR, etc.), different types of criminal offences (against honour, sexual integrity or property, tax offences, corruption, terrorism, drugs, etc.), as well as interrogation techniques, hearings and relations with the media.
