Laurent Moreillon appointed Professor Emeritus

Laurent Moreillon, a lawyer with Mazou Avocats, has been appointed Professor Emeritus at the Faculty of Law, Criminal Sciences and Public Administration (FDCA) of the University of Lausanne.

He was a lecturer from 1993 to 1997 and was appointed Associate Professor in 1998. In addition to his teaching, he has held the position of Vice-Dean of the FDCA on two occasions, from 2003 to 2006 and from 2014 to 2015, and that of Dean also on two occasions, first from 2006 to 2011, then from 2015 to 2021.

Within the FDCA, Laurent Moreillon has played a crucial role through his conciliatory and visionary spirit, weaving the links between the three entities of the ESC, the IDHEAP and the Law School. A proponent of interdisciplinarity, he is at the origin of the establishment of interdisciplinary Masters in Law and Economics and in Law, Crime and Information Technology Security (DCS).
