On 2 May 2022, Laurent Moreillon and Miriam Mazou will speak at the CAS «regulation of global sport» on the theme «criminal justice and global sport».
Laurent Moreillon will present these topics: «General presentation of Swiss Federal criminal and Proceeding Law on the fields of Sports Law Offenses», and «Criteria and Distinction between Rules of games in Sport and Public offenses: life & injury offenses».
Miriam Mazou will present the theme «Criminal Responsibility of the Sportsperson, Trainer, Corporate criminal liability (Sport Associations & Foundations)» and «Sport offenses under Swiss law: manipulation of sports competition & bribery of Private individuals».
