Le 2 mai 2022, Laurent Moreillon et Miriam Mazou interviennent dans le cadre du CAS «regulation of global sport» sur le thème «criminal justice and global sport».
Laurent Moreillon présentera les thèmes suivants: «General presentation of Swiss Federal criminal and Proceeding Law on the fields of Sports Law Offenses», ainsi que «Criteria and Distinction between Rules of games in Sport and Public offenses: life & injury offenses».
De son côté, Miriam Mazou présentera le theme «Criminal Responsibility of the Sportsperson, Trainer, Corporate criminal liability (Sport Associations & Foundations)» et «Sport offenses under Swiss law: manipulation of sports competition & bribery of Private individuals».
